If you’ve only just submitted an order and you have realised you’ve made a spelling mistake, etc, there is a chance that the item has not been made yet, so we may be able to rectify this for you. Please contact us here with the order number and a description of the change that you need to make and we will check whether this is possible.
We cannot guarantee that we will always be able to make the change, as the order may already have gone into production, at which stage we cannot make amendments.
